I canceled my flight ticket I’d booked and haven’t got the refund. Every time I call, they say they will refund it in 3-4 days but nothing happens. These guys are not worthy to be in business. I am never going to use this site again.
A friend of mine had booked hotel room through them - for his honeymoon. When he reached at the hotel, he was told there was no such booking. The hotel would not accept that any such booking was made. The ezeego1 guys kept saying that a booking has been made.
To top it all, there were no rooms available at the hotel, and my friend had to search for hotels in that town. Don’t even ask how much time it took to get the refund!
Sometimes, after reading all the other reviews, I wonder what they do with the money . probably investing it somewhere else!
