Non Refund for cancel transactions for air ticket

I made a booking on three air ticets through Ezeego with their Booking Id code of EZR-2008/412477A. I got these cancelled on 19th June 2008 and they told me that amount will be credited within 10 days to my card. After ten days when I inquired they told me that it will be done in 10 working days i.e. by 2nd July 2008.


In fact talking to your phone executives, one can believe that this calculation of 10 days is sacrosanct time limit and it will be done only on 10th day.


On this sacrosanct deadline also the amount has not been credited to my account and they are again saying that it will be done in 1-2 days


I believe that this is the business model of these companies to play with customer’s money and get additional interest income.


I contacted airlines on which ticket was booked and they told me that tickets were cancelled by the agent on 20th June 2008 and refund made on same day


I will request all to book tickets through these online portals only in case they are sure regarding their trip. Even if there is little chances of cancellations, avoid booking through online portals
