I’ve been using ezeego1.com since Jan this year and have been a regular user of the website for all my travel needs. Right from the beginning I have found this website very useful and customer friendly.
This website has grown leap and bounds and is definitely something to look forward to. I call it the website with offers a plenty. There is no other website in India that has offers and deals like them. All this while they had offers that were only related to air travel, but now they have come out with offers on the Dubai Shopping Festival and an amazing offer on a cruise product. This proves that this site means serious business and are now shifting focus onto other products.
I am sure that the marketing gurus sitting out there must have definitely put a good thought before coming out with such crazy offers no wonder their lines are perpetually jammed up. This speaks for the loads of business that they may be doing. No wonder we see so many irate consumers voicing nothing but negative feedback while the positive side of the benefits that we have received using this site has been ignored.
In my opinion this site is not all that bad as it is made out to be. While there can be no compromise on customer service and other grievances that the consumer faces, I still feel that the kind of stuff that ezeego1 has to offer is the best. If one looks at all the other websites in India, all have a similar kind of negative feedback, but no one offers consumer benefits like ezeego1.
