CARELESS

I have booked two air tickets for aoi decaan -ahmedabad to mumbai on 31/10/2007.with booking ref. Ezr-2007-274739/a. But it was not cinfermed and no pnr was issue. Amount already deducted from my creditcard account.till today i have send more than six mail to thik various email address. I have tried for given phone but not able to contact due to already put caller tune and massage. I consult air decaan executive, but there was no booking in my name.


I also contact other phone no 022-25829309 but lady on phone tell me that she will ask their customer executive to phone me. But till today no reply. I think this is the major carelessness or cheating by this agency.I request you to please help me and other persons like me.


It is a gross negligence of this company.i also think air company should not give permission to book for this co. Air decaan should take action against them.Money as wel as time and travel planning get disturbed so agency must return our money with fine.
