Please away from this waste travel portal, I booked a return ticket BLR-CCU, I was expecting cash back as I used my ICICI credit card but I didn’t get I tried to call customer care more than 10 times but not able to reach to customer care department no body respond to emails.


I Canceled the ticket and tried to rebook for another sector but didn’t get my money back and no body responding through emails. I have wasted around RS.300/- on phone every time I got All Customer care executive assessing other customer please hold the line we will assist you shortly your call is important to us. I dont what kind of services they are providing?


now I am going consumer forum so please don’t book your ticket through this portal even in you dreams, I believe its a fraud portal. and we need to take some action against them.


I am referring this blogs to all my contacts.

Dear Mr. Kumar,   Apologies for the delay in processing the refund.   We agree that there was a delay in processing your cash back but wish to assure you that there has been no deliberate attempt on our part to deprive you of any legitimate benefit.   Please be informed that an amount of INR 1,301.25 has already been processed from our end on 10th April 2008 towards the cash back due to you. The same should have already been credited to your card by now. Regarding your inability to speak to our Customer Service Team inspite of repeated attempts, please note that though there was an issue initially, the same is now completely under control after we beefed up our team .  We thank you for your support and cooperation.  Kind Regards,Pallavi Garud.
