Please away from this waste travel portal, I booked a return ticket BLR-CCU, I was expecting cash back as I used my ICICI credit card but I didnt get I tried to call customer care more than 10 times but not able to reach to customer care department no body respond to emails.
I Canceled the ticket and tried to rebook for another sector but didnt get my money back and no body responding through emails. I have wasted around RS.300/- on phone every time I got All Customer care executive assessing other customer please hold the line we will assist you shortly your call is important to us. I dont what kind of services they are providing?
now I am going consumer forum so please dont book your ticket through this portal even in you dreams, I believe its a fraud portal. and we need to take some action against them.
