I have booked andaman trip and due to weather condition I dont wanted to visit and in 15 days advance I cancelled the trip and now they are saying they will not refund. I felt very bad, and I will never ever book through this travel agency. Please dont book through this travel agency.
They want business thats all. They dont care what is the weather there and they dont care of customer life. After I cancelled the trip they didnt reply and told me that they will never refund. I have booked through other travel agency and they were very customer friendly.
Dont book through this agency.
