Ezeego slow, bad servers, transaction failures

Ezeego is really not easy go. Its worst i had gone with ezeego site for bus bookings thru visa credit card. Booking was frm belguam to pune 9th sept 2012. Intially i tried i didnt got any ticket and money was debited from my credit card. So i registered a compliant ( no. 51543210). I again tried to book ticket as i was said that money will be refunded. But in vain second time also same problem persisted and again i didnt got any ticket and money was debited. This all happend three times. Overall i tried three times and failed transction three times. Also there is no correspondence email for failure transaction by ezeego. Now i have talked to customtakeouter care for refund but they are not co-operating and asking me authorization code for each transaction which i have never got. Also the website is not showing any details in payment history. I am feeling now worried why i gone for ticket booking in this site (just for 50 % discount) or all this bad experience. I would never go with ezeego even if they give free tickets and recommed not to go.
