EzeeGO yes but the customers money.....

I have been facing a challenge with Ezeego1 since past two months. I have sent them reminders regarding my refund for cancellation, they sat on it for a month and upon asking for it was INSULTED roundly by an upstart "customer service" person who decided during the conversation that I definitely "deserved to get my money back" I have even emailed a recording of our coversation to their  complaints desk but all I got back was a refund 32 days later when the time I was informed, taken for such a transaction is at the most a week.


What they did not even consider was that in the interim, the unpaid credit had already caused my card company to levy a late payment charge. upon mailing the card statement it has been a week and there is not a word of apology or justification from this "faceles, nameless and baseless service". I urge all and sundry to shun the use of such a cheating site as you will not only lose your dignity, be insulted roundly in addition to loss of money and valuable time!
