I booked airline ticket from ezeego1. After the transaction there is confirmation email from ezeego1 with no PNR number. Bank statement is showing that they charged/debited the amount to credit card. But ezeego1 says they are not sure about the transaction and do not know how to trace it.
I emailed them all the details as asked by them and now it is more than 15 days nothing has happened.
Every time I call there representative tails we confirm the issue and it will be resolved in 7 days and it is at highest priority. Sadly, after 18 days nothing has happened.
It looks like they have done fraud as they charged the amount but not refunding back.
Today again I spoke to them and again they are using same tricks that it will be resolved in 48 hours. I am thinking to go to newspapers and make people aware about it.
Does anybody know how to file case against these guys in court?
