They solved issue after my review on mouthshut

Throught of writing something after I became victim of this site,


here is how it started.




  • I was thinking to visit Munnar on 28th April..last week...




  • 29th April. got monthly statement for icicibank credit card with offer from eazygo for discount ranging from 20-50% on hotels...




  • Booked a hotel on 1st may using website for 4th and 5th may... booked taxi ( Chochin-Munnar-Cochin) and volvo tickets myself..






no response from ezeego on 1 st. may...




  • called 3 times on 2nd and 3+ times on 3rd....




  • customer services guys keep telling me that someone will respond and as per thier terms & conditions..i should wait for 48 hours ...... Guess....!!!! they responded on 3rd at 3 PM...saying this hotel not avaibale..... then I started calling all hotels direct no’s...finally got one..... my luck was good.this time....else I would have reached Munnar without any hotel...




  • now...after reading previous reviews... I cant believe that ICICI bank sends these kind promotions through thier monthly statement and victimizing their own customers....
