Ezeego has a very good model for cheating people. They do proper business with 70% of the people. The remaining 30% are simply cheated. Don’t try ezeego unless you want to test your luck.
I have been using ezeego for more than a year and thought all those people who write negative reviews are from competing companies. Till I myself was cheated by ezeego.
I booked a 2 rooms at Leela Goa (booking reference nos: EZR-2008-550168 and EZR-2008-550181). I paid a rate which was higher than that at Leela website - as ezeego was offering 30% cashback - and after cashback, ezeego rate was lower than Leela website. As per ezeego terms & conditions, I should have got back the cashback within 15 days of completing the stay. More than 40 days have passed and in spite of many phone call / emails, I have not recieved a single penny back.
I am a frequent user of online travel websites - but ezeego is the first place I got cheated. Recommend people to stay away from this one.
