I have been using Ezeego to book my flights regularly and never found an issue so I decided to book my Kerala booking from them. Normally we book our holidays on our own but this time we thought let Ezeego do the job.
I gave them the list of hotels and my itinerary the guy took my details and promised to call me back in two days. Two days passed, third day went and then the forth but no call. I called them back on 5th day to inquire on what is happening but someone else took the call and were like we have no idea. That’s when I realized it is not that we are dealing with a company here but with a person. Anyways finally after a week and a half I was informed that my holiday will cost be 56000 I was quite glad to know this since as per rates listed on net my holiday was coming out to be 62000. I paid them advance immediately. I was promised that I will get the FULL refund if I decide not to go with Ezeego. They promised me the confirm my booking the next day. Oh! I regret this day when I paid the advance because after this they never called me back. I called them every day sometimes even 4-5 times in a day till 3 weeks and finally after 3 weeks they confirmed the holiday where they changed 2 out of three hotels. What I had asked had tariff like 6 K per night and what they gave me was 3 K per night ones. The houseboat was changed from luxury to Deluxe. I asked them to refund the money which they refused and finally I had to pay 57600 for something which I could have got for 49000 otherwise.
This was not it. I faced so much problem to book the holiday and this holiday was the worst ever. I was promised an Indica but the second day the driver ran away without informing.
We didn’t have a vehicle on day two. After a big amount of follow-up I got a car 4 hrs late on day two. An Ambassador without A/C instead of an A/C Indica. We somehow managed till Munnar. We were suppose to get our houseboat from Kumarkom but after reaching there we were asked to go to Allepy.
The driver was late in the morning and then after all this confusion we reached Allepy at 4:00 P.M. the boat was stopped at 5 and this was the end of house-boat ride.
There was no light, no A/C and the boat was falling apart. The doors did not lock. We were regretting taking a house boat.
This was the WORST and the most EXPENSIVE trip of my life. I will never use Ezeego again.
Oh yeah I forgot to mention in between I tried writing to complaint ID and escalating it. But I believe all that goes in thrash.
Don’t ever use Ezeego1 to book your holiday.
