I am another frustrated customer of Ezeego, whod never visit the site again. I have cancelled 2 tickets 2-3 months back and called 5 times to get the reimbursement( this only after doing the needful cancellation on website). Most of the times the customer care tell me theyll get back but they never do. Last time they said theyll reimburse but it didnt happen.
Ive emailed the enquiry and cancellation departments but dunno if they really exist;theres no response.
I believe now my money is gone unless I take legal action. I have all the ticket details and payment details . I only hoped it did not come to this.
