I had booked a ticket on Jetlite on Bangalore Calcutta sector for December 29(Reference number EZR-2007-203433/A) .
Later I came to know that the particular flight on that sector has been cancelled by the airlines. I contacted Jetlite official and they informed me that the amount would be refunded to me by ezeego. This happened on 14th October. So, I asked ezeego for the complete refund of the amount. Till date, even after a month I have not received the amount inspite of calling them(or rather trying to call them) almost everyday and writing emails to them(at last count I had written them 10 mails) but no reply.
Finally, I tried calling them on number mentioned in the invoice and I was told that the customer care executive would get in contact with me within an hour. Well, that was 3 days back.I tried calling them again but no one seems to pick the phone.
I am planning to file a legal case against them now.Can anyone suggest me some option?
The worst site I have ever visited.shall never ever visit it again nor recommend the smae to anyone.Would have rated negative on product rating if that oprton were available on this site.
