Money is safe...there may be delay getting but at the end you will get your money. I got the my refund after 2 months.
I tried to book one air ticket long time back( 7-8 week now). My ticked was not booked but money got charged on my credit card. Since then I have been calling their customer care for money refund. First it is almost impossible to get connected with any of their call centre executive. Even by luck after attempt of many hours if you get connected anyway it is still of no use since their executive will not give any reference number of complaint id of your last conversation. So ultimately you will end up telling whole lot of story to them and finally what they will say we have forwarded your concern to relevant department you will get your money back in next 7 days. Its 8 times 7 days (8 weeks) their 7th day has still not come. Now I lost the hope.
I have never gone thru such mental trauma in around 5 yrs of my online shopping experience. This is too much now. I am not going to call them again it is waste of time. But I will not let them go easily (NO EZEE GO).
I would not recommend anybody to use this website.
