I have booked my flights from Delhi to Cochin and from Cochin to Delhi from ezeego1 through online booking on 11th.of April.Traveling date for 6 to 11
may. My flight from Delhi to Cochin was E-Ticket and from Cochin to Delhi was paper ticket.
As per the norms my paper ticket was supposed to be sent by ezeego in 3 days , so it was suppose to reach me by 14th. of april, but when I did not received
my paper tickets till 19th. I made a call to customer care and they said it will reach within 24 hrs.
But again I did not get them till 20 I called customer care they again said it will be delivered within another 24hrs.
this happened again and again till 3 -4 days everytime I was promised to get my tickets within 24 hrs.
but it was limit , when I called them on 24april to customer care, I was shocked to hear the female saying that it will take another 7 working days , when I
tried to explain her that I will be travelling out of town in 2 days and there will be no one to collect the tickets thereafter and it was suppose to reach
me in 3 days after booking she started making excuses and said that you have not filled in your complete address in the form , I was again shocked as I have
filled in all details and moreover if I had not why did they say earlier that it will be delivered within 24 hrs , and did not verified my address.
i was very annoyed and called them again and asked them to transfer the call to some senior executive to which I got the reply that they could not do so , i
again explained them the entire problem to which the female put me on a hold for 20 mins, and then said that our senior is looking into your matter and he
will get back to you in 10 mins.No call was made after that.
This same procedure of myself calling customer care and they keeping me hold for 20 min or so sais senior is looking into this matter.
I was fed up and finally on 4thmay I called them saying when my traveeling date was 6th may and yet I have not received any papper tickets so they gave a
shocking reply that "You file an F.I.R for your lost tickets we cannot do anything." I was shocked as to what to do just 2 days before my travelling, I asked
them that they are responsible for the lost of my tickets so they should issue me a new ticket or refund me the amt of Rs.11000/= , to which they straight
away refused saying that its not their fault that tickets are lost and they do not have any such amt refund or reissue of any tickets.
I could not expect worse than this, I felt cheated and in a state of shock.
I had no other option then to book fresh tickets and facing a loss of my 11000 and going through extreme mental pain.
Is this we expect from so called such reputed portal where they are cheating customers by taking advance 1 month before and then not delivering tickets and
not taking any responsibility doing a clear FRAUD. Its more than worst service I am facing from any travveling company.
So I would suggest all never to get your bookings done from ezeego as they are high level CHEATERS , once the money is into their pocket they are least
bothered, their staff is pathetic and do not know anything they are just useless. You do not get any call back as promised , every time you call theyll try
to make excuses and will make fool of you.They keep you on hold for 30 mins and then say they will call back which they never do.
I think I have made biggest mistake by making my bookings from ezzego and i have to bear this loss ofRs.11000/=.
Its highly pathetic and unprofessional, if you cannot perform as what you promise , if you cannot afford good educated staff ezeego should then better stop
making fool of customers. They are more tahn worst.
This is my first and last bad nightmare experience with ezzego and would never suggest anyone to make any bookings from ezzego.
