Cheatres, misguided advertising

I recently booked couple of tickets on ezeego1 under their free ticket and futurebazaar gift voucher promotion. That was the start of my ordeal..


For one of my booking though the payment was successful and it showed on even on the ezeego1 website, no ticket was booked. It contentiously showed ticket booking failure. First call to ezeego1 and holding the line for good 46 min yes 46 min I talked to a CC executive, then my complaint was noted. Then I received the tickets in Evening by email.


They said for the second ticket also You’ll get a E- ticket which was never sent. Thankfully a pnr was generated for second ticket and I went to the airline website entered the pnr and got e-ticket from there all by myself. Next there was no sign of futurebazaar e-vouchers for 8 days, numerous calls and emails yeilded in no results, only empty promises. One CC executive even told me contact future bazaar. It’s a clear case of cheating and misguided advertising.
