Never intended to complain but their manager dared me to do so.
I confirmed my booking with Ezeego1.com executive Nirmal Das for ladakh ex-delhi yesterday. They verbally confirmed my temporary booking for two seats and was advised to deposit the booking amount to their account by today noon.
I had my guy at bank today morning to deposit the money. All of a sudden I receive a call from them that the booking cannot be made by me as they have allotted the seats to someone else now. How pathetic?
Considering the dates I already booked my flights from Ahmedabad to Delhi to & fro for two persons. Now they are demanding extra Rs.4000 for the same date booking as they know we have already booked our flights.
I also spoke to their supervisor who did not accept their fault and took their employees side. They say even though we make temporary booking they can allot seats to somebody else. I think she needs to go back to school and understand the meaning of "Temporary booking".
Then I spoke to their manager who claimed to be the final authority. She partly accepted that it was mis-communication from their side but refused to give me the package at the agreed price. She did not hesitate to say that I either pay extra amount or leave it!
I wonder what kind of customer service they have. Even the bunch of supervisor and manager dont understand simple logic. I have traveled extensively all around using Make my trip & SOTC. Never seen such stubborn behavior.
