Cheats1.com is what they should be called

Fellow travelers: You can bet someone from ezeego1 is reading this since the very next day I posted my comment, I received an email apology and hold-your-breath, stating that my refund has been credited and it will show up in 3 working days. So far, IT HAS NOT YET BEEN CREDITED!! The service continues to remain how it always was - pathetic. Its a pity that such a good site - yes - shows so much apathy towards customer service and dont refund money which is justifiably not theirs.


I made a hotel booking in Kodaikanal on 23rd April by making a full payment of Rs. 1900 and I received an instant email mentioning that the bokking was not yet confirmed. The email also had their terms and conditions which stated their cancellation policy (it says refunds will be processed within 7 working days for a confirmed reservation and 100% refunds for non-confirmed bookings!!)


However the very next day, I had to cancel my reservation since I could not get a train seat. I expected a full refund to be credited back to my card, but to my shock after a week I found non refund credited. After making a further 3 calls, I got back Rs. 900 only.


I called and spoke to several other service reps in ezeego1 only to be told, they will DEFINITELY and CERTAINLY PROMISE to credit it etc etc. Till date, I have not received my balance Rs. 1000.


This is a horrible experience and I am recommending all my friends, relatives and well wishers who book online, NOT to use ezeego1’s site.


I was browsing through other sites for another holiday reservation, when I found mouthshut and I told myself I had to provide this feedback on ezeego1 for the rest of the community out there.
