Ezeego1.com is a cheat. They charge 35k for a majestic kashmir tour and promise 3-star facilities. But when we landed there we were put up in shabby houseboats in which the door’s weren’t even bolting properly, atrocious food and cheapest hotels in Srinagar and Pahalgam. There wasn’t water in the bathroom and on our return to Srinagar we were put up in a shady hotel on the 4th floor w/o lift. When we protested we were told to find our own accommodation!
There were no company reps and the local rep gave so much attitude and back-answered our every request. Finally we paid from our pockets.
The Mumbai reps refused to listen to us as we were left to freeze in below 10 degree C temp. A nightmare. Please do not go with them on any tour.
