One more victim her.I am unlucky that I have not went thru ezeego.com review otherwise I will be not in this situation..Here is my case …on 30th Nov I need urgent air ticket to Bangalore-Indore…at ezeego I got connecting flight of Jetlite as follows
Bangalore 31 October 2007 Depart: 08:35
Mumbai 31 October 2007 Arrive: 10:05
Mumbai 31 October 2007 Depart: 10:35
Indore 31 October 2007 Arrive: 11:50
But when enquired with Jetlite customer care they told me this connectivity is not possible and they also don’t know y ezeego is giving this connectivity…they asked me to call ezeego but as all of u know there is only IVR noagent to pick call
I was in hurry so I booked Deccan from Bangalore(05:55AM) – Mumbai(07:35AM) for 31st Nov 2007
Your PNR No: NILL
Bangalore 31 October 2007 Depart: 05:55
And Jetlite from Mumbai(10:35AM) –Indore(11:55AM), 31st Nov, 2007.
Now for deccan booking there was no PNR number on e-ticket so I enquire Deccan Customer Care and they said thr is no ticket using given credit card number….but from my account amount got deducted…..
As I mention it was urgent so I booked Deccan from Bangalore(05:55AM) – Mumbai(07:35AM) for 31st Nov 2007, This time I got PNR#.
Now I Canceled Booked Jetlite ticket from Bangalore-Indore(Coz Jetlite already mentioned this connectivity is not possible), and Deccan ticket (for which PNR # not generated)
I confirmed with Jetlite ticket is canceled and for Deccan as already mentioned nothing was booked but amount deducted.After that I call Ezeego customer care N number of times…….sent atleast 10 e-mail to all available e-mail ID but there is no response and no amount refund to my account ..
I need any one of u help coz I want to drag this fraudent Ezeego to court just give me idea , How I should proceed. They are BIGGEST FRAUD AVAILABLE ONLINE BE AWARE
Can we form a common forum and drag these guys to court ? If ezeego need money they should start begging rather then cheating.If every one rating 1 star then why mouthshut giving it overall 2 star, it should get rated -VE.......
