Please help..

I am cursing myself for not going through this site before. I booked a ticket from Lucknow to Bangalore on 25th October and am supposed to fly on 15th nov.


The tickets were mailed to me and the amount was deducted from the credit card instantly. but when I retrieved the status using the PNR number, the jetlite site shows that no booking has been made. I tried calling ezeego1’s so called 24*7 customer care number but supposedly all the customer care executives were busy.


I even wrote to them but no response. then I came across this site and it seems it has been the same case with almost all of us. I am scared as I need to reach bangalore on 15th. I had to board two flights, interconnecting so the ticket money is also quite a some. please suggest me something.
