My old review is at the bottom. About 15 days after writing this review, one of their executive called me up and explained that the money will be reversed automatically to my Credit Card account.She also apologized for the inconveniences caused. So looks like they are taking corrective action.


As another reviewer has said, they are not fraud, it is just that they are setting up their systems.I wish them all the best and appreciate that they took the time to call me back and explain things.


So guys, ezeego is not fraud.


Guys please keep away from this site. Their customer support sucks. You can never reach their customer support executive through phone.   Your money  will be wasted listening to IVR messages.


Neither do they respond promptly to your email queries.


This is what happened to me,


I was trying to book ticket from Bangalore to Kochin through ezeego1. I selected them seeing their 50% off advt for ICICI bank customers. When I submitted my card details, I got a browser warning telling that my card details are going to be sent as clear text and not with encryption. I selected "No" to stop  sending the transaction and got a blank screen :(.


Now the situation is, when I checked with ICICI, according to them the transaction has gone through.


But ezeego1 people says that the transaction failed.  End result, I lost my money and did not get the ticket also


So my advice is, please do not fall pray to cheap sites like this and book tickets directly from the airlines site.
