Really a headache

This is problem with ezeego only.i booked my flight tickets with ezeego through sbi visa card seeing flat 25% cash back offer.my money was deducted and ticket was not booked.i called hundred times ezeego but again that answering machine.I wrote several mails to them..finally after 7 days I got my money back and then I booked my tickets again and cashback was also given after so many calls and mails.they took 1 month for cash back.but it was supposed to be returned in 7 working days


but seriously I had great experience with travelguru. They also have same cash back offer..after booking ticket immediately I received message of cash back confirmation and after exactly 7 days I got my cash back. So my suggestion is please dont go on offers they are real fraud and customer service is extremely poor


If u dont want your money to get stuck with them then refer yatra or some other sites
