I booked 2 tickets from Mumbai to Varanasi in Jetlite using ICICI bank Card to avail cashback offer. While comaparing the price, it was showing me cash back on my credit card so I was clear on how much I will be getting back. I did compare price on other places, ezeego1 price was equivalent to other sites i.e. cash back was real.
Ticket booking was smooth. Got cash back credited with-in 10 days in my credit card account.Booking ticket online is not always great experience because if you get into some issue, most of the sites don’t have good customer call service. I think I was lucky as well to get everything done smoothly.
There call center number doesn’t work, I got recorded message that everyone is busy, please send an email. I sent email but never got any response. My query was to know if it was paper ticket or eticket. Finally I called up airline and found out that it was eticket.
