Today morning in wee hours (between 12 am and 1 am) someone used my credit card to book tickets on Ezeego1. That was a huge amount of money. I contacted the customer care of Ezeego1 and they were totally non committal. In fact, their supervisor at that time - Shruti Thakur - went on to claim that the website does not capture credit card information while booking tickets, which is why she can not help me out at all.


I think it is very important for a commercial website to be alive to fraudulent behaviour and should take prompt action. If this is the sad situation of affairs, then I would never trust Ezeego1 and rather I would always recommend people from staying away. I have got to know that if the transaction is not declared null and void, then I would have to pay my credit card company. My bank ICICI is also not complying very well and they are also non committal. it seems that if something wrong happens, then in the end you would have to pay for it.
