Ezeego1 is pathetic, to say the least.
I booked my return ticket for Pune-Delhi on Sep’10. After booking, I got a mail which had my ticket details. Just 4 days before travel date, when I checked my PNR for outbound flight from Pune, I was horrified to find no booking for that PNR. I called up Jet Airways helpline and they told me that this flight has been cancelled. Since my contact details were not updated in booking, thanks to ezeego1, I never received any information about the same. Needless to say that there was no information from ezeego1 also.
Similarly, the inbound flight on had been rescheduled from delhi. Again, no information.
I am unable to figure out if this is the service ezeego1 offers to it’s customers.
You please be careful whenever you are booking tickets with ezeego1. For me, this is the first and last time I have used their services.
To add icing to the cake, their toll free helpline is also pathetic. They have published this no, in their website as 24*7, but when I tried reaching them on a Sunday, it went to their voice mailbox!
Please avoid ezeego1....to say the least...
