I had booked a ticket through ezeego1 on Friday, the details of which are mentioned below:
Date of booking – 9. Oct ‘09
Flight – Jet Airways
Booking Reference No.: EZR-2009-556820
Air Booking Reference No.: EZR-2009-556820/A
The payment Reference No is: 200909251701046
However, I wasn’t able to generate the e-ticket even after the payment had been made. When I called up immediately afterwards, I was told that it takes 4 – 5 hours to process the same. I kept following up all through Friday.
Even today, I wasn’t able to generate the ticket. When I called up ezeego1 executive, I was told that I couldn’t get the ticket as the transaction was not traceable. Which is strange, because I have a confirmation from Citibank saying that the requisite amount has been debited from my account .
Ezeego1 is offering me a refund, but what I want is a TICKET! Clearly the problem is at their end, so I don’t see why I should have to suffer from the same.
