Extremely Lethargic Service

Dear All,


Ezeego1 is one of the most unfriendly and lethargic customer service firms I have ever come across.


On May 26 2008, I tried booking 2 tickets on their site for Jaipur Mumbai Air Deccan flight for 31st May 2008.  There was a transaction failure, due to which, not only did I not get the tickets, but also my credit card was debited Rs. 5849/-.


Since then, I have been pursuing them for reversing the transaction, but inspite of guarantees of refund in 72 hours or less, the money has not been yet refunded.


I have been calling them and asking them about where my case has progressed. but no one knows where it is. no one knows the number of the account details and no one is prepared to tell me if someone is responsible for my case.


I wonder, whether it shall be refunded at all.


So, friends, if you wish to have a good service and proper, professional approach. avoid this site.
