No update customer care should be trained to act f

Its been a while I am following up with the companny for confirmation of my bookings, no response from any of the operative manager as well as the customer care execcutive.


I have asked for more information and costing to  customer executive who is handeling my case its been more than 3 weeks now there is no reply from her and keeps saying everyday I will update you today. her other colleague says cancel the booking this is not the way to talk.


Worst customer care response, no updates, No call back, DO NOT TRUST EZEEGO1.
