Unconfirmed cancellation (unresolved)

*i think a mail from ezeego1 side or calls(2 to 4) from ezeego1 wont make things straight. As its impossible that any one of my family member who knew but it will cancel the ticket n fight for it.


And when they say that they can do anythg book a ticket for 9620/- canceling the ticket of 2699/- So I think the issue remains unresolved.... n continue to remain so Sorry to inform you people I havnt yet receive by full refund amount after cancellation

*so I got the call from PALLAVI at 10:30 AM. she said I can book a new ticket n she will refund me the money if they are found "GUILTY". She has asked for the IP Address from spicejet.


So I went ahead with the booking and had to book it for Rs. 9620. Great na .. I am cancelling a Rs. 2000 ticket and then booking a Rs. 9620 ticket. Awesum. Do this Ezeego people think that I am mad. Wase ya I will get sum refund(sorry forgot to mention that ) but still I am booking a costly ticket.Right. Infact I cant prove anythg . so cant go to the Consumer Court also I hope they find the IP address

so here is the update:


today at 10 am PALLAVI calls me asks me about all the details


i give her the details


n she confirm that she will confirm everything by afternoon that is may be my understanding( latest by 3 pm )


so I ask though a email to know the status of the stuff at 1:23 pm


she say "We request you to give us some time to check and revert to your query."


so I m fine


she calls me at 6:11 pm that she needs some more time and say 2row latest by 11 am


she will confirm everything.


n she also says that the booking was cancelled at 9:11 pm n thats the time I was talking to the customer executive of Ezeego1... so here is also a proof that is was done by him ..


12th March 2009


i had a failed transcation of booking ref - EZR-2009-125191/A


so for that I called your executive at 9 pm -on 12/03/2009


he said that the ticket has been processed n have generated a PNR( after holding the line for 5 min)


This is the same PNR I have already booked through the second transcation I hav done booking reference EZR-2009-125225/A


so I tell him are you mad.. how is that possible.. I had requested for a refund...


i tell him to give it to the senior he says hold the line...


and the next moment I receive a email form spicejet that you ticket hav been cancelled


for the booking reference EZR-2009-125225/A.with PNR NO: XUF5AM


i tell him you have cancelled my ticket n tell him to transfer the line to the senior


but it is not transfer n hold the line for 10 min


n I call for 2nd third n fourth time n I am kept holding for 10 min each n thereafter dissconnect


finally at the sixth time vishu takes the call n talks n tranfer the line to the serior SHURTI


I hope she is of some help


but to the oppsite she isnt


she doesnt blame the problem was from her side but from my side only


great I m doing the cancellation n I am fighting that why did you do it


but I need to fly to delhi on 15th. so I need it badly


can you look into the matter n check


n she was saying that it was done by me ..so I would like you to check the ip address who has done it from the spicejet people.


take the ip n check who has done.
