Worst service by Ezeego

I tried booking a Goa package and called the customer care. They took a partial payment and mentioned that they would be confirming within 24-48 hours. Its been more than 4 days and no one has confirmed on the same. Repeated calls to the customer care, they just mention that they will ask the concerned team to give a call back which dint happen on time.


One of the representative said that the confirmation is done and they just need to send me an email which they are not able to to because of email servers being down. Mean while I called up the resort directly and got to know that there was no requests from EZEEGO at all. Later the confirmation was done after repeated calls.


Also there was an offer on the hotel booking for which approx 2000/- cash back was offered which is not yet given to me. Its been more than a month from the time the booking was done and there has been no action taken regarding the complaints raised with Ezeego1.
