The most disappointing company I have worked with

This is not the first time I am using ezeego1.Earlier, I had used their scheme for Platinum Card holders for flight booking.Encouraged by their response and promptness, we booked hotels in Kashmir for our vacation.Unfortunately, Kashmir was not a safe place to be and we had to cancel.And here it begins, my experience with one of the worst frauds, lying through their teeth each time they open their filthy mouths.


The booking was on June 3rd and cancellation around June 25th, Then Cancelled amount to the tune of 14741 was to be returned to my account by 3rd July.Or so I thought.I had called them twice to return it before my credit card billling date in July.That didn’t happen.I called 7 subsequent times and response was - 1 . Will surely credited in 72 hours! 2.Credited by the weekend.3.Back end team will get back to you.4.I will call you back5.My manager will call you back.


Needless to say nothing of that sort happened.They keep you on hold for 20 mins to test your patience and if you are still online, standard response in 72 hours.I talked to two of their customer care managers, who took personal responsibility for seeing to it that the money is credited to my account.I have never seen more irresponsible managers, going by the fact that they DID not return my money. Making me feel grateful for getting my money back after begging for it literally is not the greatest way to do business.


I have tried mailing complaints so that front is covered.I have seen people with more recent grouse writing reviews against ezeego1 but I decided to do it only after their customer services failed me.I have all the customer service execs and managers names but no escalation chains.


If you have any self worth and dignity, and don’t want to do away with bith, refrain from doing business with an entity which is not only irresponsive and irresponsible, but worse, unethical.


I have edited my review here.There is one person who has assumed the responsibility of a SPOC for my case and responded with a great deal of honesty.I am hoping an individual can change the opinion about his whole organisation.I will update the review with his name and efforts.My recommendation, as yet, is still a no no no.
