Hired a driver from EZI DRIVE who arrived 40 mins late. Left with no choice used his service . Turned out to be a big mistake as he was rude and driving was extremely bad! Complained Against him. Next hired another driver for another requirement, before which the customer care was spoken to and was assured a good driver but this time too it was a very bad experience. The driver also insisted on leaving the car keys with him as the pick up again was after few hrs! We refused and again spoke to customer care. They say the drivers are assigned by their vendors and they have no say on the derailment of drivers!!!! No checks on drivers provided! Very bad system being followed
