I went to e zone rajaji nagar during the diwali and purchased LG LCD TV , along with that I was offered the gifts of DVD movie pack and a dvd player from LG (That was there for all the stores as it was direct offer from LG) and slab offer of Digital Photo Frame from e zone.
I recieved the DVD and Movie pack in 25 days after the purchase after lot of follow up and fights with the staff at ezone. Till today the digital photo frame is not given and they are not able to give a date for giving the item. They were cheating the people by offering free goods to obtain maximum sales during the diwali.
Don;t ever trust these people, you don’t have the freedom of checking and taking the delivery of units at these stores, they will directly deliver from their stock yards. you will be lucky if you get a good workign condition items. It is two months after my purchase... Customer care people just says they will call back in half an hour... their half an hour will never come ... They are not growing..
