Went to E zone to buy my mom a Kenstar Food Processor as a surprise birthday present. Spoke to a sales associate who finally convinced me to buy a Maharaja Food processor instead of a kenstar saying it has a better service and a tough motor. Never realised she gets better commisions. She gave me a damaged box, when asked, she said it just happened while trying it pull it from the rack. I was ok with it . When I came home and gave my mom. she was very happy. when we oppened the box, there was a phone number and a name written inside the carton and a mixie jar was damaged. I was very irritated and called them. They asked me to bring it back.
When I went to exchange it, the customer service was horrible. They starred at me at spoke very arrogantly and rudely as if they give me this for free. Sales associte is a lady in - Gopalan mall ezone. She said I should not have brought it back for such a small damage. Then they gave me a new Maharaha food processor, when asked if I cud get an exchange for kenstar, they refuseds to do so. They asked me to check the whole processor before I left the store. There are aroung 25 attachments, so could not really check everything. Went home and realized tht the majorpart of the food chopper is broken. Didnt want to go back to them and fight. cheap people. cheap store.
