I went to eZone Koramangala on Oct 29th and booked a LG Convection microwave. They said that they don’t have it there and they’ll deliver it to my home next day. I asked them to deliver it next day after 6 PM as I’ll be available only after that. But some work cropped up and on Tue morning 10:00 AM I called them and instructed them to deliver it on next day that is Wednesday and they said they’ll pass on the instruction to the concerned department.
Then to my surprise, I get call same evening regarding deliver, I said I’d already instructed to deliver next day. Then on Wednesday I got call at around 4:00 PM asking me for the location etc. I told everything and said I’ll be available only after 4:30 PM, and was waiting at home whole evening. and gain got call from eZone at 6:15PM and said it’ll be delivered before 9:00 PM. and after that there was no call . nothing.
Next day again I called up and they told it was Rajyotsava day and hence cannot be delivered. and promised me that it will be done on Friday. I waited and evening called up, and each time they promise to call back and never call up. Then finally evening they said it’ll be delivered before 1:00 PM on saturday. and saturday again no confirmation. I called at 2:00 PM and they said it has been dispatched. and they’ll call back. and never called back.
I talked to their store manager numerous times and he always assured me that I’ll get it and thats it. then finally around 8:30 evening I got it. and the delivery guy just gives you a miss call and you have to call him back each time he needs further directions. and after all this the delivery guy asks me for tip. I still gave him 30 bucks.
Because of all this I went to Adishwars and booked my Whirlpool . they promised me they’ll deliver it next day. and they did. and infact when they called me. I was on my way to office and they took my roomies no and called him and delivered. besides the discount given by adishwars was also good . ofcourse not that great.
