I just bought a Sony LCD TV from EZONE Hebbal on 25th August 2008. I
was promised that some one would call on 26th Morning and then come and
deliver the TV at my residence. Next day i.e 26th August, when there
was no call till 12noon. I called back the show room and spoke to Mr.
Dinesh, and I was told that the TV has been loaded in the van and they
can come any time, and please do no expect any call(Ridiculous). Again
at 7pm when I called they told, the TV would be delivered today i.e
26th August at any cost but there has been no clue of it till now i.e
9:30pm. And when I call again at 8:30 no one picks the call at the
showroom!
If the logistics cannot be arranged, why was it promised that it would
be delivered today, and I had to waste the whole day wasing my time,
how can ezone take for granted that the customer will wait for the
delivery from morning 6am - night 10pm.
There is no courtesy atleast to call and inform that it would not be
delivered today. Who will bear the opportunity costs & mental
stress that is caused?
