I went to ezone, indiranagar with my family to buy a refrigerator on 17th april 2011, finally we selected a LG fridge (Model no. GL-255VV5-SILVER ULTIMA). which costed Rs. 16, 454
The sales person Mr. Johnson told us that, right now stock is not available and promised us that it will be delivered to us by 24th April 2011 (same thing is mentioned in the booking order).
we told ok fine, but pls make sure to deliver it by said date.
Next day I got a call from LG customer care asking whether we need the DEMO (COMMUNICATION GAP BETWEEN EZONE AND LG, or EZONE HAS DONE SOMETHING ................)
i called ezone on 22nd april, they told saturday and sunday they dont deliver the product
so I went to ezone on monady 25th April, they told that the stock is not available and they will deliver it within 48 hours. (they dint even bother to inform me earlier, I had to call them or run behind them)
i waited for another two days, on 28th april, I went to ezone once again, it was 9.30 pm, they told that they are closing the store, come on next day morning,
i promptly went in the morning 29th april 2011, once again same wrong committment, pls wait for another two days, if u dont recieve, we will return you the money,
atlast finally I got a call from ware house around 12 noon on 1st may, they said they will send me the refrigerator, between 5 and 8, so I waited wasting my sunday, around 6 a truck driver called me and asked about the landmark, I told him, waited for another hour, around 7 I called the truck driver, he told he is on the way, then I called ezone, to confirm me the exact time.
they told dont worry sir, it will reach u, finally I got the fridge around 8 pm,
they got the fridge inside my home, we asked them to remove the box, they told that they cant do that, coz only LG person has to open it. we said ok, and unfortunately, that fridge was not ours, we saw our booking form and the invoice, its a different model, then the truck driver said, sorry sir, we delivered your product to some one else, we will get it replaced. so they took back the fridge for replacement.
we waited for another 1 hour, we heard a sound near the gate, we went out and saw, the condition of the fridge, it was fully opened, the cover and box was separate and fridge was separate, the driver was dragging the fridge, like anything (second hand fridge) I went and checked, the door was opened, there was a damage,
i asked him what is this, he told that this fridge where they delivered earlier, had opened and used it.
how come, when we asked to open the box, they told they cant do that, only LG person has to open,
now how that person openend it, what kind of rule is this, I felt very bad, I told him, pls take it back, driver started shouting, and he called some sales person, he told pls take, how can I take a second hand fridge, which was opened in some other home,
THEN I CALLED MR. JOHNSON, EZONE SALES PERSON, U KNOW WHAT HE TOLD, I DINT CALL U TO MY STORE TO PURCHASE THE FRIDGE, U URSELF STEPPED IN, U BEGGED FOR THE FRIDGE.
THIS WAS THE REPLY FROM THE SALES PERSON.
finally I AM VERY SAD TO TELL THAT, EZONE SERVICE IS VERY BAD.
now I have a doubt is it EZONE PROBLEM OR LG SERVICE.
how can I believe this ezone people, who are playing with me from past 2 weeks.
this issue has created lot of problems for me, mentally, I am very much depressed, for sake of money, this store people can go to any extent,
