I am a regular customer of your ezone shop and had a worst experience in your Thoraipakkam shop, Chennai. Last Month on 8th I bought Apple IPod Touch from your shop. When I demanded for a live demo the executive who sold me told that, sir, you just down load itune and u can download anything as u like.
Based on his word I went and tried a lot…My requirement is to watch movie or video songs for that purpose only I bought.But is not so easy to use it. Due to my busy work schedule I didn’t use it only I download audio songs and photo, ON 26th June I went to again to that shop and requested the executive to show me the demo as I am not able to use it properly. When I went again there for demo there they start give trouble for me.
They insulted in front of other customers by asking me Sir, you dont know how to use it? when all other are known very well? and keep arguing with me and not able to give proper solution. They are telling me sir, our job is to sell only. not to tell the technical details. For giving this reply they took 2 days and I am not able to digest the way they handle me. Mr BYJU is not treated me properly. and other seniors is also not bothered about my problem.
Hence I want share this experience with other chennai people so that u will be cautioned and be careful with ezone
