Ezone chennai is a good place for me... until now. Value for money, good range, parking etc. Apparently Koryo is its own brand and it is the one giving most headaches. ezone has no service coordination. Other brands service their own well, but when it comes to koryo you will be bounced between ezone and the koryo manager.
I have one koryo geyser (water heater) that I bought on 14th June and am posting this on 8th June. So far 3 technician visits - one for saying get the product replaced, second for taking it away and repairing it, 3rd for reinstalling and finding it still doesnt work. I am yet to get a single bucket of hot water. The technicians are fine, but the time lag is immense.
Perhaps koryo/ezone will get this done by next summer. Lets see.
