Recently, I purchased laptop from E-Zone, Oberoi Mall, Mumbai..i got trapped by their attractive pricing of laptop and cash back offer by ezone.
The attractive pricing was mere to trap the customer as the same model laptop was available with other dealers at almost the same price...
Secondly, the cash back offer was the worst offer I have ever entered..the offer is: you have to take a scratch coupon from handi and after scratching the card you will find how much percentage of cash back you will get...
And to my shock this cash back you will not get on this current purchase..the cash will be on your next purchase during a specified period that your purchase should be 6 times the amount of this discount coupon..another shock is that this discount voucher you cannot use on buying mobiles or any product from LG & Samsung...
I could not understand what kind of offer this was...too my shock they have deceived many customers like me......
Next..there was 320GB hard disk free with the purchase of acer laptop which is offered by all the dealers except EZONE ...means they have grabbed this hard drive for offering competitive prices...
Lastly, there was complementary accessories offered on the purchase of laptop during that period by ACER company..its not EZONE offer..it was ACER company offer..which was available with all the dealers....after I got billed for the purchase of laptop.
I have been informed that EZONE is running short of accessories and the same will be dealer to my residence in 5 days..I said ok...even after a weeks time I did not get that accessories nor I got any call from them...so I visited EZONE..
I have been again promised that EZONE is our of stock of that accessories ..we will deliver it is a week and we will inform the status in 2-3 days...I never got any call or the accessories...I called them several times..i got the same response that there are many customers whose accessories are pending ..
We will deliver in another weeks times..after yet another weeks times..I neither got any call nor the accessories..so I visited EZONE again..this time the sales persons were offering me some other accessories instead off those which have been offered..they were offering me some useless accessories.....
I did not have anything in writing about which accessories are offered ..this offer was just displayed at the time of sale...they did not give me anything in writing about which accessories you will get...
