I got this ezone gift vouches so went to buy a microwave there. Initially it was good scene a lady showed us al the range of microwave its pros cons etc and said what all you will get with a microwave She also told us that with a microwave we will get a hand blender free. We finalized a product and confirmed that will we get the blender free she was like yes.
Now came the billing part a new rep came in and he started helping us for the billing part. He was in way to hurry I suppose. We said there are few stuff free with it please get those along. He went and came back with a box of microwave safe utensils, which we usually get with all microwaves. We just reminded him of blender he said not with this microwave. Here what made us angry

2nd Guy rep : No it’s nt thr its with selected range
We : Confirm it with the lady
He went and dint come back
3rd Rep: Madam the scheme is over
2nd guy rep came back and said yes I confirmed its not there
here we felt smthng goofy and said get us the list u maintain on which microwave u get what
he got furious and went back and dint come early but we waited
some other rep started helping us out we were like get that guy back we are nt gonna restart our story
The guy comes and tells we don’t have a list we were like show us in comp he angrily says ok and feeds in the product code and bang for that microwave it showed price as 1 Rs. He again was like see it’s not free. We were like why the hell then will u charge 1 Rs for it, its but obvious free
then other person confirms and then tell we dnt have a blender we will deliver it to u in a day and since a week we haven’t got it. i dunno what more to tell u must have got my point they just FOOL you.
