It is a nightmare

We had been to EZONE(Rajajinagar branch) during the sankaranthi discount sale to buy a refrigerator. We had selected a Samsung 315 lts one was told that the delivery would take one week. Have you ever heard of one WEEK delivery for a fridge with no additional set up needed? Taken away by the discount and the additional discount if we use SCB card we went for it. After the week the fridge was not delivered and the depot manager was rude enough to say that we can take back the cash if he cant deliver. Finally after a week and a half we got the fridge which turned out to be not cooling at all. As it goes they need a service engineer to report that the item needs to be replaced and were told that it would take 10 days for the replacement. Gosh! After some fighting with the depot manager he sent us a replacement in another 3-4 days but to our dismay the fridge was a dancing one, again a faulty delivery.


The ever so busy Store manager Mr Gautham was available at the store on the saturday that we decided to go to Ezone location. Well, even the president is not busy I guess. The store manager never bothered to convince us into a another fridge adn was happy to return the money which again has to go to Mumbai for approval and will take another weeks time for the refund of the money. How can you have store and depot manager who don’t know the basics of customer satisfaction and who have not updated by their peers. Pathetic scene of customer support.


Please dont ever be lured by these offer in EZONE and if you want to avoid a nightmare dont every go to EZONE looking at their discount offer may be they are trying to push old and non-working products to you.


I don’t need to take this much time in writing but though no one else should feel hurt and disappointed by the EZONE service. All adjectives are not enough and I guess I am not the only one who has this feeling.
