I recently purchased an electric rice cooker and received a defective product with the base support not attached. I didnt react much and felt reaching out to customer support would solve the issue and they will replace the unit.
I wrote an email to the id and no response at all. Then I called the helpline and was surprised that it took me 30 mins on hold to reach being 1st in line on the call and then the call was disconnected. I kept trying multiple times and finally got through. The lady mentioned yes they received my mail and I need to send a picture. I did that and again no response. Again the routine of calling and following up!! The sad part is they still dont care to respond to email which is a proof of my interaction.
My suggestion is that dont buy from such an irresponsible supplier who would make you feel so helpless that you will give up and accept the defective product!
