Never pay them in advance-they will delay refund

I had ordered a mobile phone on 10th October 2014 from online shopping site ezoneonline.com. Payment of Rs. 20, 950/- was made by credit card.


Due to delay in delivery(courier came on 27th Oct-after 17 days), I returned the same without taking delivery, and requested for refund. If they deliver in 17 days in Delhi, how much time will they take for smaller towns can be guessed.


However, the refund of the said returned product not received till now(11th Nov) even after 15 days of return. Several mails / phone calls to their customer care have yielded no response. I had to pay the amount to the bank against the card bill.


It has been told that they have some problem with RTO, so goods are stuck. Refund will be given when the goods reach them. May take months?


Why should the customer suffer for lapse on part of courier, or any problem they are having with RTO?


These people are big cheats and should be penalised heavily. Please think twice before buying from them. They will deliver in 20 days, and if you need a refund, will refuse you for some or other reason. So even if you buy opt for the COD. DON’T PAY THEM IN ADVANCE.
