I heard about faaso’s from tv ad, so I thought let’s try it. I ordered jumbo paneer rice pack and app showed me the 37 min time counter but my ordered came up before the promised delivery time . I am really amazed with that kind of service .
After few days I ordered again and this time it gaves me 57 min time counter .but this time its heart breaking it came after 2 hrs from the promised delivery time and "app chat with us" option is useless its like we are sending emails to them and getting the response withing 48hrs. They need to polish their customer care service
