Pathetic website and App of Faasos. Both are broken and designed in a way to ensure that customer is unable to place any order by any means. Highly frustrating. To top it all the customer care is totally untrained, lacking phone etiquettes and having no clue about the food items in their own food menu. Havent seen such bad customer experience end to end.
