Fasso’s offer one of the most pathetic delivery system when ordered via app. It’s more than two hours and finally I am lucky enough to get my order. On the App it shows as delivered after 40 mins and when I called the helpdesk I was told it was a technical error because of which it was showing as delivered. After calling them the 2nd time I was kept on hold for 7 mins and told that my order was on it’s way, I was hoping that after all this trouble atleast they will make it free as a goodwill gesture but I was being to hopeful. Just hopeless! They don’t even deserve 1 star.
