faber 4 burner stove customer support

We bought this stove 6 years ago and it worked okay. But now there is an issue and we contacted Faber. The customer support guy said that there were some parts missing and he’ll get it fixed withing 4 days. After four days there is no response.


We called Faber again and another guy comes after three days . He says that these parts will arrive after fifteen days. I call customer support again and ask them to give a correct estimate of how long the parts will take to arrive. He says he has no idea. They will have to email somebody and the parts will arrive from Italy or something. Another customer support guy says that its better to buy a new product. This sucks!
